• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Custom-made, earrings, and discounted items are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization policies.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

Exchange

We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items only. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
